| Production method | Using 210g (48%) of hydrobromic acid, 60g of concentrated sulfuric acid, 88g (1.0mol) of 1-pentanol (2), and 10g of concentrated sulfuric acid, following the preparation method of 1-bromopropane, the product was evaporated using a distillation column. The fraction was collected at 127-130 ℃ to obtain 135g of 1-bromopropane (1) with a yield of 89%. |
